STELLA BLU AND GYPSY SALOON TO BRING THE ANHEUSER-BUSCH BUDEWEISER CLYDESDALE HORSES TO WEST CONSHOHOCKEN FOR A VERY MERRY HO

A Special Parade is Planned Before the Town's Annual Tree Lighting Service

Cheers to Stella Blu and Gypsy Saloon Owners Kim Strengari and Marianne Gere for helping to create one of the most magical moments in West Conshohocken history!

The two women have partnered with Anheuser-Busch and Budweiser to bring the coveted Clydesdale horses to West Conshohocken to kick off the community’s Annual Tree Lighting Service with a special parade that will start at approximately 3 PM on Thursday, December 10.

The majestic eight horses will arrive at approximately 3 PM and will be stationed on Front Street in front of the West Conshohocken Borough Hall, where they will be unloaded from their trailers and be hitched to their specially-decorated, holiday wagon. From there, the Clydesdales will parade through the West Conshohocken Borough, making stops at the local bars, including Stella Blu, Bella Tavola (Stella Blu’s new private dining and event location) and Gypsy Saloon, to deliver a signature case of Budweiser Beer.

During the festivities, the horses will make several stops along the parade route for photo opportunities for children and adults. Tents will also be set up in the surrounding area, with volunteers serving hot chocolate and snacks to attendees.

Following the parade, West Conshohocken’s Annual Tree Lighting Service will commence at 8 PM in front of the West Conshohocken Borough Hall featuring West Conshohocken Mayor Joseph G. Pignoli as well as city council members and other local dignitaries. During the ceremony, the Mayor will honor several West Conshohocken U.S. Vets and commend them for their service to their country.

“This day is all about celebration, honoring those that have given so much to our country and taking time to remember what the holidays are all about,” said Marianne Gere, co-owner of Stella Blu, Bella Tavolla and Gypsy Saloon. “We are really looking forward to spending time as a community.”

To mark the occasion, Stella Blu and Gypsy Saloon are offering $2 aluminum bottles of Budweiser throughout the day and evening and invite anyone attending the parade to stop in to celebrate the holidays.

Those wishing to attend the Budweiser Clydesdale Parade are encouraged to arrive early as several streets will be closed for the event. However, parking will be available at several locations. Please note, for those driving to the parade, special signs will be available for download on www.ConshyGirls.com and can be printed out to be placed on the dashboard on the vehicle. Officials will wave any car through with these signs.
