Suspects On The Run After Norristown Shooting, Cops Say
The victim was sitting in his car parked on the street when he was shot in the midsection.

NORRISTOWN, PA - Two suspects are on the run after a man was shot in Norristown late Tuesday night, according to Norristown police.
The incident occurred at about 9:30 p.m. on the 1400 block of Powell Street, police said.

Two males allegedly approached the victim, 29, as he was sitting his car parked on street.
At least one shot was fired at the victim, who suffered a bullet wound to his midsection.

They fled in a vehicle that was also parked on the block, and sped away heading south on Powell Street.
The victim was driven by a family member to Mercy Suburban Hospital before being transported to Jefferson Hospital, where is currently in good condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
