Topping Off Milestone reached at New Arbor Mews Townhomes
New construction community of 24 townhomes in Norristown reaches construction milestone with topping off of the first building.
Roofers brave the bitter weather to top off the first building at Arbor Mews, a new community of 24 townhomes for sale at 1202 DeKalb Street in Norristown.
Even before the roof was on, several of the two and three bedroom townhouses with attached garages were sold to buyers. While virtual model homes on the ArborMews.com website showcase how the homes will look upon completion, a physical model home will be opening in April at the site.
Grants and other special financing have been provided to Arbor Mews to promote homeownership in Norristown and provide opportunities for qualified first-time homebuyers to buy with as little as $4,500 in cash with total monthly payments from $1,250.
