KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — Water soared high into the sky when a main broke in King of Prussia Thursday morning.

A construction crew hit a main at around 8:15 a.m. near Moore Road and 8th Avenue, according to 6ABC.

The resulting geyser-like burst of water shot high into the sky, as thousands of gallons of water were let loose.

Video from the scene showed a steady plume of water firing out of a rectangular hole in the road as crews blocked off the road and surrounded the scene.

Utility crews have responded and are working on the issue, Fox29 reports.
