A new crime mapping system tracks reported incidents, block by block, throughout Norristown.
Dozens of crimes have been reported in Norristown over the past week, according to a community service that track reported incidents.
A total of 26 crimes were tracked by CrimeMapping.com for the period between October 8 and October 14.
Those numbers are significantly down from the height of the summer, when 55 crimes were reported between July 21 and July 27.

Much of the crime seemed focused on Dekalb Street between Main Street and Elm Street.
