What's Open, Closed On Presidents Day In Norristown

Monday, Feb. 20, is Presidents Day, the day set aside to honor the birthdays of Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln.

It is a federal holiday, which means all federal offices, including the Post Office, are closed.

Businesses may be open based on their own schedules. Call ahead to confirm.

Some SEPTA schedules will be slightly modified for the holiday, although the Regional Rail will be unaffected. Check the special holiday schedule here.

The following is a general list of the various services and resources that will be open or closed on Feb. 20:

• Gyms/Health Clubs
• Call ahead before heading to any of the above establishments to confirm they are open. Some retail stores or gyms/health clubs may be operating on a reduced schedule.
