I am offering to you, the way that I built my own business, pay rent by the session, not renting an office space and hoping to bring in enough clients to pay the rent. You can actually build your business rather than get paid a fraction of the charge for the massage when working for someone else!
You will be finding and bringing in your own clients, I provide the space, and most of what you need. You will need your own sheets/laundry, but the table, music, lotion and most everything else is there for your use.
