
A specifically designed
exercise program for those who have any degree of joint pain or arthritis will
be presented during this ten-week series at the Marshall Township Municipal
Building. Trained instructor Linda Fetzer will help you get moving with gentle
exercises designed to increase strength and flexibility. Learn ways to get healthy at this free
exercise class every Tuesday and Thursday, from 10:00am to 11:00am beginning
September 10 and running through November 14.
The program was developed by
the University of Pittsburgh Center for the Aging and Population Health and is
being co-sponsored by Northland Public Library and The Arthritis Foundation.
