Welcome a International Exchange Student into your home

ASSE International Exchange Student Program (ASSE) is currently looking for host families in Western, PA who may consider hosting our student Caren from Germany or Desiree from Austria. Caren is 15 years old and Desiree is 16 and both girls arrive in the United States in August. We also have Luca from Germany. Help make their dreams come true by hosting one of these students. Caren is a member of the Girl Scouts, and also is involved in the Dance Club, Lacrosse, and enjoys going to the movies. She is one of our semester students. Caren is a semester student and she will be here for 6 months. Our student Desiree loves the snow so Western PA would be perfect to call home for the next school year. Desiree is a year student so she will arrive in August and depart in June 2014. Her interests include cooking, playing the piano and running. She has been playing the piano for 8 years now. Our student Luca is from the western part of Germany. Luca is also seeking a loving host family. Luca is 16 years old and has a passion for Soccer, tennis, martial arts and plays the electric guitar. Luca, Desiree and Caren are all hoping to find a loving host family that may consider hosting them. The students arrive from their home country shortly before school begins and return at the end of the school year or a semester.  ASSE student are fully insured. They hope to be a part of your family, share their culture and learn of ours. They will contribute to household responsibilities, as well as being included in normal family activities and lifestyles. Host families are to provide a bedroom and three meals a day. Students do bring their own spending money. Open your heart and home.   To become a host family or to find out how to become involved with ASSE in your community, please call Cindy at 412.720.8702 or the ASSE Eastern Regional Office at 1-800-677-2773.
