2019 Wrightstown Farmers Market Opens May 4
There will be 11 new vendors at the award-winning farmers market this year, according to organizers.
WRIGHTSTOWN, PA — The award-winning Wrightstown Farmers Market is gearing up for its 14th season. The market will open its 2019 season on Saturday, May 4.
The producer-only market, a 2019 Best of Bucks winner, is at 2203 Second Street Pike in Wrightstown.
It will be open from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

The Wrightstown Farmers Market aims support local farms and provide food for the community by connecting customers directly with growers and other producers. Its fresh produce is all grown without herbicides or pesticides.
Meats and dairy are hormone and antibiotic free, organizers say. There also will be artisan breads, prepared foods and more.

Eleven new vendors will be joining the market this season. Among their offerings will be herbal tinctures, smoothies and prepared foods, nut butters, handmade pasta, alpaca goods and new cheeses, meats and breads.
Throughout the season, there will be guest chef demos along with a "What's In Season?" cooking series, which will highlight new ways to prepare season market ingredients.
There also will be kids activities, food trucks and live music.
