549 Students Set To Graduate From Council Rock South
The Council Rock South Class of 2016 was awarded an impressive $12,460,000 in scholarships and accepted $6,557,550 of those offered.

It's the last day of school in Council Rock and 549 students are set to graduate from Council Rock South at a ceremony scheduled for 5 p.m.
Graduation speakers include: Josh Shikoff, Class President; Phyllis Parkansky; and Jack Wheatley.

Here is a look at what the graduates have planned for the future:
- 93% of the Class of 2016 will be continuing in postsecondary education.
- 1-2 % of the Class will be entering the military.
- 5-6 % of the Class will enter the workforce or are undecided.

The Council Rock North 433 graduates' future plans include:
- Graduates going on to post-secondary education: 90.7%
- Graduates going into the military: 1.5%
Council Rock North's Class of 2016 was offered $9,493,675 in scholarships, the district said. Students have accepted $4,728,488 of those offered.
