Alleged Churchville Drug Dealer Waives Hearing

Authorities were set to testify that they have evidence to prove the 21-year-old is gulty of peddling pills out of a Churchville residence. The case will next move to trial in Doylestown.

The investigation revealed, Jackson was a major local dealer and would travel to Philadelphia to obtain pills, and then sell them out of 2 Nelson Dr., his girlfriend parent's home.

When arrested, Jackson was found with $900 in cash on him. His 20-year-old girlfriend, Samantha Polesinski, had over 250 Oxycodone pills in her possession, police reports indicate.

Jackson is charged with possession and intent to manufacture or deliver charges, sale of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility, according to court documents.

The accused was unable to make bail and remains in county jail.
