Over the past summer, a group of local teenagers from Holland, PA made a film honoring Harold Bride, the junior telegraphist of the ill-fated RMS Titanic. This film was written, directed, and produced by CR South graduate Tom Lynskey.
The film was shot locally and has recently been titled the most historically accurate Titanic film ever produced. With the 100th anniversary of the disaster still being recent news, we would like to share this hard work with you. This film features the most accurate representation of the Titanic's telegraph room and recreates the story almost word-for-word. This film was also made with a budget of almost nothing.
90% of this film was shot in Holland, of Northampton Township, PA, with a few scenes in Southampton PA, Brigantine NJ, and Tennessee. The entire crew behind this production, save for one or two of the actors, are from around here, and with a few other exceptions, they're all 19 or 20 years old.
