Board of Supervisors to Meet Tonight
The board will meet to discuss upcoming township issues

The Northampton Township Board of Supervisors will meet at 7:30 tonight in the to discuss upcoming matters of importance.
On the agenda tonight is the consideration of the proposed at last month's meeting. There will also be a consideration of bids for landscaping services within the township limits and a time for public comment.
The board will be presenting Air Force Airman First Class Shawn Lundy with an Air Force flag that had previously been displayed in the building signifying his tour in Qatar, according to an email from former supervisor Pete Palestina.

Now that he is home, his flag will be replaced in the display with an American flag with an attached streamer containing his name. Right now the display holds 68 flags, each representing a Northampton Township resident who has served in Iraq, Afghanistan and other combat zone areas, Palestina wrote.
