Gasper Offering 12-Month Garden Planning Workshop In Richboro
The workshop covers a broad range of topics, providing participants with a season-by-season approach to their garden.

RICHBORO, PA — With snow covering the ground and frigid temperatures turning the outdoors into an ice box, now is the time to start planning your backyard garden, according to the experts at Gasper's Home & Garden Center in Richboro.
Gasper’s Home & Garden Center in Richboro will hold its signature day-long training course, "Your Garden All Year," on Saturday, Feb. 7 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at its Richboro location. The full-day tutorial is designed to help home gardeners improve their skills and develop a monthly plan to create a successful garden and positive outdoor experience.
“Many hobby gardeners start the growing season with a bang – bulbs, seeds, new perennials, annuals, shrubs and trees in hand with an assortment of tools – only to become frustrated and overwhelmed in a few months when their garden isn’t thriving the way they anticipated it would," said Jeannie Sachs, Gasper program director and workshop instructor. "This can be discouraging. With our full-day workshop, gardeners will gain the confidence and knowledge needed to plan and create a beautiful, flourishing outdoor space to call their own.”
