Comcast Might Owe You $2
Did you experience an outage Monday? Comcast will give you $2 if you complain.

Did you loose Comcast service on Monday? You can get a $2 credit on your bill, the company announced in a statement.
The 90-minute outage impacted customers across the country and began around 10:20 a.m. Monday.
“During this time, we also were experiencing high call volume and apologize to customers who weren’t able to reach us by phone,” the company said in an apology issued on its website.

“Unfortunately, we did not live up to expectations around 100% reliability with your TV service. We’re sorry for that, and we will be crediting customers. Just reach out to us, and let us know you were impacted, and we’ll credit you, no questions asked.”

“We know exactly what went wrong and have fixed the issue and put in place technical measures to make sure that this doesn’t happen again,” the company said.
