Council Rock Student Art Show Kicks Off Thursday
The young artists of the Council Rock are preparing to show the community their talents. The three-day show is open to the public.

The young artists of the Council Rock School District are preparing to show the community their talents.
The district's annual art show, which is open to the public, starts this Thursday and will continue Friday and Saturday. It is held at Council Rock High School South, 2002 Rock Way, Holland
The show will feature more than 1,000 works from students at all 15 Council Rock schools, said Beth Lynch, the district's visual arts curriculum coordinator. Students in every grade from 1st to 12th will be represented.

"The show truly provides our community with a snapshot of what a child's visual art curriculum looks like from beginning to end, all the way up to the high school seniors in AP classes," Lynch said.

- Thursday, May 12 from 6 to 8 p.m.
- Friday, May 13 from 5 to 8 p.m.
- Saturday, May 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
