Council Rock Faculty Recital

The Council Rock Music Teachers are proud to announce that they will be presenting a Faculty Recital on Feb. 7. The recital will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium at Council Rock North. The proceeds of the program will benefit the Music Teachers' Scholarship Fund. Scholarships are awarded every spring to a deserving senior from each high school that will be majoring in music in the upcoming year.

Selections of the program include:

• The Faculty Orchestra: Berceuse from the Firebird  Suite by Igor Stravinsky
• The Faculty Jazz Band: Love for Sale, as originally performed by the Buddy Rich Big Band
• Faculty Choir: Come to the Singing
• Women's Choir: Didn't My Lord Deliver Daniel  and For Good
• Many other small ensemble and solo performances by our talented staff
