At 8:30 a.m. an Honor and Remembrance Ceremony will be held at the Lower Makefield Garden of Reflection to commemorate the 11th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
Rev. Doug Hoglund of Woodside Presbyterian Church in Yardley, Rabbi Daniel Grossman of Adath Israel Congregation in Lawrenceville, N.J., Father Jim DeGrassa of Our Lady of Grace Church in Pendell, and Mahan Rishi Singh Khalsa of Khalsa Healing Arts Center in Yardley will participate in the ceremony.
The observance will also include the reading of the names of the eighteen Bucks County victims along with the ringing of the bell by the Yardley Makefield Fire Company. A musical performance will take place as well.
