On Monday, July 2nd at 5:30PM we will be doing a dedication of a flagpole and flags, donated by friends, at the home of Navy veteran Lt. Commander (Ret.) Matt Bellina. The address is 38 Heron Road, Holland, PA.
You may recall that he is a Navy veteran battling ALS and he was one of the local constituents highlighted by Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick with his “Right to Try” legislation which President Trump signed into law on May 30, 2018.
On hand for the event will be veteran organization representatives, local boy and girl scouts, municipal officials, Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick and other dignitaries. The flag raising and Color Guard will be provided by the Patriot Detachment Marine Corps League.
