Holland Elementary Renovation Project Ahead of Schedule

District officials said some of the renovations at Holland Elementary School will be completed in April, two months ahead of schedule.

The Holland Elementary School renovation project is ahead of schedule, Council Rock School District officials said Thursday.

According to District Supervisor of Operational Services Doug Taylor, some of the construction will be completed in April instead of the initial target date of June.

Taylor said some classrooms will be finished by the middle of April, allowing some students to move out of the modular classrooms before the end of the school year. The new library, which wasn’t supposed to be completed until June, will be done in the coming weeks, too.

Taylor said the transition to the new library will take place over Spring Break.

Everyone is working diligently on the project, Taylor said.
