Judge: Former Head of GOP In Montco A "Sexually Violent Predator"

The former head of the Montgomery County Republican Committee was labelled a “sexually violent predator” by a Common Pleas Judge, according to a report by The Intelligencer.

Robert Kerns, 67, of Upper Gwynedd, has pleaded no contest to a charge of indecent assault without the victim’s consent, the report states.

Kerns allegedly offered to drive a 52-year-old woman home from a party at a law firm, according to the report. Authorities allege he sexually assaulted her in the car while it was parked at the King of Prussia mall, and then again in her bedroom after he drove her home.
