• The Belly Busters Poker League will be holding a free series of. Plus, there will be drink specials at the bar for those playing.
• Looks like the heat will continue today with a high near 90, according to the National Weather Service. Sun during the day with a chance of thunderstorms or showers as the evening rolls in.
• An excessive heat warning remains in effect until tonight.
• Yesterday, on Memorial Day, residents gathered to honor those who sacrificed all in a ceremony at Robert J. Dembowski Jr. Veterans Memorial Park. .
