Northampton Township held its annual Flag Day Ceremony on June 14th. Master of Ceremony was Tim O’Donnell, welcome remarks by Northampton Supervisor Frank O’Donnell, Boy Scout Troops 145, 147 and 260 provided Color Guard and retirement rituals, Girl Scout Troop 209 did a respect of flag performance, Anthem and America the Beautiful by singers Hailey Brown and Rachel Thomas and guest speaker was Red Skelton’s Pledge of Allegiance. Invocation provided by Pastor Ryan Sweet of Addisville Reformed Church. Other special guests attending were 178th State Representative Wendi Thomas and Northampton Supervisor Kim Rose.
