
Wednesday, March 21: Assault at the 200 block of Saint Leonard’s Road
At 5:47 p.m. officers responded to a home in the 200 block of Saint Leonard’s Road reporting a disorderly person. On arrival they found that two male victims, aged 56 and 50, both of who had allegedly been assaulted by Madi Horstman, 47, of New York, who was still on scene and being carried out of the home by one of the victims. Both victims had visible injuries including lacerations, bruises and bite marks but refused medical treatment Horstman was taken into custody, transported to NTPD headquarters where she was processed and charges of Assault, Harassment and Public Drunkenness were prepared. Horstman was arraigned before District Judge Vislosky who remanded her to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000.00 bail (10 percent).

Thursday, March 22: Stalking/Harassment on Fieldstone Drive
The 24 year-old female victim reported at 4:45 p.m. that her ex-boyfriend, Aleksey Maksimov, 24, of Holland, had followed her while she was walking home from a family member’s residence, assaulting her twice and taking her keys and cell phone. She stated she was able to get away and ran towards her home where she found him waiting for her. There he threatened her with bodily harm. Maksimov, at the time of this incident, was free on bail from an incident in February where he had been charged with having robbed, and burglarized, the same victim at her home. An arrest warrant charging Maksimov with Victim Intimidation, Stakling and related offenses was obtained by officers. While the victim was at NTPD headquarters she saw Maksimov drive by. Officers were able to stop the subject on Township Road by Addisville Church and took him into custody. He was arraigned before District Judge Vislosky and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $900,000.00 (10 percent) bail.
