Proposed Development of Spring Mill Country Club

Notice: Spring Mill Country Club will be converted to a housing development in the near future.

Judd Builders is holding a public meeting on November 28, 2017 at 7:00 pm at The Fuge, 780 Falcon Circle, Suite 201, Warminster, PA to discuss the conversion of Spring Mill Country Club to a housing development. The Fuge is located just off of Jacksonville Road, across from the Ann's Choice development.

This could be:

- 138 Single 1 acre Homes

- A combination of single 1 acre homes; single half acre homes or town homes

- All townhomes, now called “cluster” homes

As citizens of Northampton Township, we are concerned with the traffic, the flooding, the impact on our schools and the significant potential to decrease our home valuations.

Please join us on November 28th to express your concerns. We are working on a unified message from the community we need your support to fight against high density housing in our community.
