TMA Bucks Brings BMX Stunt Show To Holland Middle

HOLLAND, PA — The Community Traffic Safety Program of TMA Bucks kicked off back-to-school with a BMX stunt show and school safety assembly and presentation at Council Rock's Holland Middle School.

The program emphasized bicycle safety, including proper helmet use, to seventh and eighth graders through exciting BMX demonstrations from professional BMX bikers from Dialed Action Sports.

“Starting the school year with a BMX bike safety event is a great way to remind students that safety should be part of every ride,” said TMA Bucks deputy director David Walter. “By combining fun with important safety lessons, we can help students build good habits, wear the right gear like helmets, and start the school year riding smart and staying safe.”

Made possible through Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside grant funding, this initiative provided an engaging educational experience that merged thrill with safety awareness, such as the importance of always wearing a helmet.
