Trial for Alleged Churchville Drug Peddler Set

The trial for Nicholas Jackson, 22, is set for mid-June in Doylestown.

The criminal trial for 22-year-old accused drug dealer Nicholas Jackson, of Nelson Drive in Churchville, is set to begin June 20 at the courthouse in Doylestown.

Jackson, who , will be facing charges of felony manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, sale of a controlled substance and several other charges, according to court documents. Jackson is represented by public defender Christina King.

The Churchville man was by police who had been investigating him for months.

Jackson is suspected of being a major player on the local drug scene and would travel into the city to purchase pills which he would later sell out of his girlfriend’s parents home on Nelson Drive, according to a statement released by police shortly after the October bust.

His girlfriend, Samantha Polesinski, 21, was taken into custody after police found 250 Oxycodone pills in her possession, police reported.

Polesinski’s trial on several felony and misdemeanor drug charges is slated to begin on June 20 in Doylestown.

Investigators were notified of the Nelson Drive drug operation by several informants. The informants names are being protected by police.

In 2007, the same home where Jackson was operating his drug operation out of was raided by police and Ryan Polesinski was arrested charged with misdemeanor drug offenses

Jackson spent three months behind bars before he was able to make bail in late January, court documents show.
