Zoning Board to Meet Tonight

The zoning board will meet at the municipal building at 7 p.m.

The Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the township building at 7 p.m. tonight.

The board will hear three appeals:

  • ABGS Schoolhouse Associates, located at 1034 Second Street Pk. in Richboro, is requesting a variance to permit 85.73 square feet of wall-mounted signange. Currently, 50 square feet of signage is permitted.
  • Sandie J. Jacobson of 335 Middle Holland Rd., in Holland is requesting a special exception that would allow a chiropractor's office as a home occupation. The property is zoned R-3, a multi-family district.
  • Nancy L. Hooker of 207 Cloverly Dr. in Richboro is requesting a variance to permit a front yard setback of 40 feet instead of the required 50 feet in order to construct a two-car attached garage. The property is zoned R-2, a single-family district.
