Does anyone know what kind of sentence Dr. Janosko received? He was arrested for viewing, selling, etc., CHILD PORN, knowing that Child Pornography is a Federal Offence, he kept at it. I heard he received a seven months (7) Probation! Would someone please confirm or update me. I'm doing an independent study on why the sentences for Child Porn are so different. Some people get a Nine year sentence in a FCI and other get 7 months Probation. It is a very wide difference of time served or just Probation. So far seems like MONEY gets some offenders off very easily. This Dr. Janosko is supposed to be taking care of our Familys?
