Foreign Film Series

Northland Library’s Foreign Film Series feature presentation this month is a film from China, Ocean Heaven. It’s the story of Sam Wong, who is dying and must find someone or someplace to take care of his 21-year-old autistic son. This story of a father’s love and devotion to his son was beautifully shot at the Beijing Aquarium, and features international movie star Jet Li in his first dramatic role. It will be show on Wednesday, April 11 at 2:00pm. No reservation is required and refreshments will be served.
