LEGO - Brick Logic Program open for July

Fun!  Fun!  Fun!  Come learn with LEGO Bricks!  

Register for the July program at the Ross Community Center!

Ages: 6-10

Dates: Fridays; 7/6, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27

5:30-6:30pm

Cost is only $45 for all 4 sessions!

Each week, your child will build a catapult, merry-go-round, car, or other “machine” using special LEGO® bricks! This program focuses on scientific inquiry, speed, testing, predicting, and measuring outcomes.   Learning will be hands on using gears, levers, pulleys, wheels, and axles to build simple machines.

This program will not only enrich your child from an educational perspective, but also reinforce teamwork.  Children work in pairs, using a “building buddy” system. This type of cooperative learning strengthens communication skills and also builds self-esteem .

Registration is open through the Ross Township Community Center.
