On August 19th, all dogs, dog owners and dog lovers are invited to the Third Annual Dog Day Festival at the Hartwood Acres Amphitheater from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The event will benefit the Animal Rescue League and include demonstrations, activities, contests and adoptions.  The festival will be followed by the Hometown Music Fest featuring Joy Ike, the New Shouts and Cello Fury among others.
