A brand new one cul-de-sac street private community in McCandless Township is being previewed on Thursday, January 31st. The community, located off Ringeisen Road, will feature large home sites and a superb location, near McCandless Crossing and only 20 minutes from Pittsburgh and 40 minutes from the Pittsburgh Airport.
These home sites won’t last long – only 14 total sites for the entire community. Waterford Place is located in the North Allegheny School District.
The VIP Preview Party will begin at 5:30pm at the Pinecrest community model home in Pine Township.

At the preview party, those in attendance will receive exclusive information including timeline for development work to be complete, home site release date, detailed floor plans, site map layout and pricing! The Heartland Homes team will be on hand to answer questions in an open house format. Private appointments will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Hors d’ouvres and drinks will be available.
