P/T Day Maintenance/McCandless Crossing

Part-time (20-25 hrs/week) day maintenance person, duties to include general cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned common areas of McCandless Crossing development.

Essential Functions:

·         Minor repairs, cleaning, sweeping and general removal of litter from grounds, parking areas, common areas, amenities and other assigned work areas.  This position will require bending and some lifting and applicant must certify that he is not aware of any health conditions which would result in his ability to perform the duties of this position.
