Race starts at 8:30 a.m. at North Park. Runners should arrive BEFORE 8 a.m. Parking in the boathouse parking lot is reserved media and the disabled. The race was organized to honor West View native and North Hills High School graduate Marine Sgt. Joseph Caskey, 24, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2010.
