Ross Township Police Blotter: Burglar Steals Christmas Lights, Mickey Mouse Pin & Snoopy Watch

Wednesday, Dec. 7
A business on McKnight Road reported $480 stolen from a cash register drawer just after 1:00 p.m.
Police responded to a disorderly conduct call on McKnight Road just after 4:00 p.m. At the scene, officers reported that a road rage incident resulted in a physical fight between two males. involved in the incident delcined prosecution.

Police responded to a home on Richard Drive and found the 93-year-old homeowner dead in his garage.
Just before midnight, police responded to Balsam Street in Ross and spoke to a woman who said her sister-in-law was harassing her via text message.

Thursday, Dec. 8
Police were called to a home on Charlemagne Circle. At the scene, the spoke to woman who claimed she had a ring stolen by her juvenile son. The victim recovered the ring, valued at $99. The son will and another male will be charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
Just after 9:00 p.m., police responded to the intersection of McKnight Road and Braunlich Drive for reports of vandalism and disorderly conduct. On the scene, officers found an ongoing dispute between two families that escalated on the roadway. Both parties were separated upon arrival. Officers spoke with both parties and advised to stay away from each other or face summary charges. Both parties agreed.
Friday, Dec. 9
Police responded to Charterwood Drive in Ross after a theft was reported. It seems an unknown person removed two sets of blue net lights from the victims bushes located in her front yard. The lights were valued at $12. Nothing suspicious in nature was seen or heard. There are no suspects.
Saturday, Dec. 10
A 43-year-old woman reported that she had been pick-pocketed at . Seven credit cards and drivers license were stolen.
Police responded to where a high-end cell phone, valued at $400, had been reported stolen from a coat in the school’s locker room.
Sunday, Dec. 11
Just after 3:00 p.m., police responded to a business in McIntyre Square because a large fight between at least ten people in the dining room area of that business.
Monday, Dec. 12
A home on Thirteenth Street was burglarized during the day. Items stolen included a Mickey Mouse pin, a Snoopy watch and Coke-Cola earrings with a total value of more than $1500.
