• Residents in 4 more Berks municipalities can pay real estate taxes online (pottsmerc.com subscription) — If you live in Oley Township, you can now pay both your Berks County and township real estate taxes online through the county treasurer’s system. All annual and interim bills for the year are combined into one full payment, with a vendor service fee added, and parcel searches and payment links available via the Berks County and municipal websites. 
• Berks winery showcased as 'shining example' of solar energy benefits (pottsmerc.com subscription) — A Berks County solar showcase at Manatawny Creek Winery highlights how clean energy is cutting costs and emissions for local businesses, including Oley Valley Organics. PennEnvironment and state Sen. Judy Schwank used the tour to promote community solar ideas that could benefit farms, small businesses, and residents across the region.
