Attempted Abduction in Palmer

The Palmer Township Police Department is seeking information about a male who was part of a possible abduction of a female teenager.

At 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, a 15-year-old female was approached in the 4000 block of Summit Avenue, police said.

The male inquired if the female’s parents were home after exiting his vehicle.

He is described as having a tan complexion, possibly Hispanic, medium build, short dark colored spiked hair, in his possible 30’s, wearing a dark colored T-shirt and jeans, police said.

Police said the male was operating an older, faded white in color, single-cab pickup truck with a red pin stripe down the side. The truck had a yellow piece of machinery in the truck bed.
