The Timberwovles' catcher, Santana, scored both of the team's runs and caught a difficult pop-up behind the plate. Though roused by a few good plays, ultimately East Stroudsburg North's errors in the field proved detrimental to its good pitching.

It was the first game of the season for the Easton boys, who returned last week from the Bucky Dent baseball camp in Florida.  Their first scheduled game this season, postponed, will be held Saturday, Hazleton at Easton.
