• PA American Water lifts conservation order (dailylocal.com) — Parkesburg residents are no longer under Pennsylvania American Water’s mandatory conservation order, after the Coatesville water system restored full treatment capacity within about 36 hours. The order, issued September 6 due to weather-related treatment issues, has been lifted for Parkesburg and neighboring boroughs and townships in Chester and Lancaster counties.
