Tombstone Tales

Take a guided tour through St. Luke’s Cemetery and learn about some of the historical figures resting there. Highlights include the graves of Ludwig and Agnes Ewald, some of Trappe’s earliest residents; Jonas and Christiana Longabough, grandparents of the Sundance Kid; and Civil War soldier Benjamin Simons, killed in action. 

Tours will be given at 1 pm and 3 pm on both days. 

Location: The Dewees Tavern, 301 W. Main St. Trappe, PA 19426. Park at Ranieri Flooring, 325 W. Main St., and walk to the Dewees Tavern to check in for your tour. 

Cost: $15 Members, $20 Non-Members, $5 Students (18 and under).

Tours are limited to 10 people per tour. No walk-ins.

Tickets also include admission to the Dewees Tavern. Please note that the Dewees Tavern is open from 10 am - 4 pm.
