Collegeville Borough Repairing Crash Damage
The exterior and the interior of Collegeville Borough Hall are being repaired after a vehicle struck the building.
Work has started on the Collegeville Borough Hall to repair damages left after vehicle crashed into the building in March.
On March 12, an Allentown man lost control of his 2005 Ford Taurus after he suffered a medical emergency on the 200 block of Main Street, according to a previous Patch article.
The car hit the right corner of the building, primarily impacting the Collegeville Police Department.
"Over the next couple of weeks, you'll see a lot going on in the front of the building," said Collegeville Borough Manager Geoffrey Thompson.
Necessary work includes repairing brick on the front of the building and repair to the walls impacted by the car.
