My husband and I were driving up Bridge Street toward Collegeville last evening. In the dark, we were barely able to see the people crossing Bridge at the 'safe' crossing. I wonder if crossing areas could be further lit? or possibly a glow-painting of the walkways would make them more obvious for a driver to see and be aware?
As t he driver, I did see the walkers, but it was only due to oncoming car lights that silhouetted them. I just wanted to put this out there, as I think it's something that could be remedied, and Phoenixville is only going to be busier in fine weather!
