Instructor Bio:

Executive Pastry Chef Sammy Saad graduated from the Culinary Institute of Heidelberg, Germany with continued education at the Culinary Institute of America in upstate New York.  He further mastered the pastry and chocolate curriculum at the french Culinary Institute in New York.  He has worked in such esteemed establishments in New York City like the Plaza Hotel, the Pierre Hotel, Restaurant Daniel, La Viola and the Rester Bakeries.
