Vic Stabile – 161,917 votes, 65.2%

Paula A. Patrick – 86,533 votes, 34.8 %

Democrat

David N. Wecht – 326,007 votes, 100%

Judge of the Commonwealth Court

Republican

Paul P. Panepinto – 76,475 votes, 30.8%

Anne Covey – 171,502 votes, 69.2%

Democrat

Kathryn Boockvar – 147,254 votes, 44.2 %

Barbara Behrend Ernsberger – 185,593 votes, 55.8%
