Perkiomen Township Fire Company has planned the Inaugural Oktoberfest and Homebrew Competition, Sept. 24 from 7 to 10 p.m.
The Fermenters will perform, and food will be provided. Demonstrations on homebrewing.
Must be 21 or older.

Lager

- Lagers (traditional)
- Dark lagers/bock
Ales
- Stouts/porters/dark
- Belgians
- Wheat/wit/weiss/rye
- English/Irish/Scotch Pale/IPA
- 'TBD' (fruit/23/adjuncts)
People's Choice - Homebrewer brings one gallon of brew to be judged by attendees of the competition
Best of Show - Champion of the eight winners of their categories

Entries must be at least two 12-ounce bottles each. Drop off by Sept. 21.
