Perkionmen Valley: Half-Day/In-Service Planned For Oct. 7

Wednesday, Oct. 7, will be a half-day/in-service for all students. Please read on for information about the half-day schedule for elementary and secondary students. Elementary students who follow an AM schedule will have synchronous activities online from 8:40 to 10:30 a.m. with asynchronous activities taking place from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Students who remain virtual all year will follow the same schedule. Students who follow a PM schedule will have the reverse, with asynchronous activities taking place from 8:40 to 10:30 a.m. and synchronous activities taking place online from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. There will be no scheduled class time for elementary school students past 12:15 p.m. and no special area classes on half-day/in-service days.Secondary students will follow a schedule with shortened class periods and no lunch period. The day begins at 7:50 a.m. and ends at 11:30 a.m.
