Create! We are creating our reality every moment of our lives. Stop for a moment, step back and look at your current reality. What do you like about it? What don’t you like about it? I encourage you to not go into self-judgment because that will only create more of the same. That is not what this is about, so for now try to look in an embracing way to determine what you would like to see different in your life.
Three years ago, I had to take an honest look at myself because life had gotten out of control and it was showing up in my body. I had created an unhealthy body with excess weight to the point where disease was lurking. Being a health enthusiast and coach, I knew better yet there I was in an unhealthy body.

Believe me, it can happen to the best of us when life “stuff” happens.
I set my goal, had supportive people around me and went after it from a self-supportive, loving standpoint. I had to let go of the judgment and condemnation for myself, and for others as I sought to create a new reality for myself. It was an awesome experience that increased my self-confidence in many ways.

My current 90-Day Challenge is about creating and maintaining a good fitness routine, which is a pretty normal challenge for me at this time of the year. The winter months tend to slow me down a bit in that area, so with bathing-suit weather lurking I am determined to get my tone back, which means I am in the process of creating more muscle.
Having more muscle tone always makes me feel so much better about myself, but more than that it makes me feel stronger with fewer aches and pains. And, it helps to create a healthier me in body, mind and spirit. Love that! :)
