A Recipe for Weight Loss Success

Weight loss "stuff" is everywhere. We have tons of info/product yet obesity is not getting better. Learn a root issue & recipe for a beautiful natural way to approach our body and weight loss issues.

Weight Loss!  Everywhere we turn there is something being reported or advertised about weight loss.  It is no secret that our country has an obesity problem, but you would think with “all” that is out there the problem would be turning around quicker than it is.

Self-Condemnation!

We condemn ourselves for the extra pounds, for eating poorly, for not eating perfectly, for eating too much, for not looking or being perfect, for eating that one cookie, for eating the whole bag of cookies, for gaining as little as one pound, for missing a workout, for not working out at all, for sitting on the couch out of exhaustion, for not having the perfect body, for not looking like the models, for the size clothes we wear and then add to that emotional wounds from life.

Self-condemnation always under minds our efforts.  Every time! It may not happen immediately, but eventually the negative self-talk and/or what I call negative programs running in the background will eventually take its toll.

So what do you do?

Might I suggest that you begin by entering out of agreement with all the voices “out there” telling you that you are less than and that there is something wrong with you.  Enter into agreement with the fact that you are beautiful and offer yourself grace and love for whatever condition you happen to find yourself in. 

In other words, embrace yourself just as you are and where you find yourself in life.  From there move forward from a place of love and grace.  Create a weight loss or health plan that is natural and that taps into your body’s innate wisdom.  Work with yourself rather than against yourself.  Add a good support system and this, my dear reader, is a recipe for success and a lifetime of good health practices.
